So today in Baking class we had a special guest. A cake decorator from a local bakery came in and tought us how to decorate cakes. I already knew a lot of the stuff he showed us, but learned a lot too! :D

I'm not quite sure what i'm going to do for my first cake, but I already have the second one finished. It was a small plain white cake, with pink and yellow flowers on top to the side. It read "Happy Birthday Cassy" (just to practice the writing). It didn't turn out as well as his, but I still love it. The cake is a little dry (to be honest that's kinda the way I like them....) but other than that, it turned out great. Tomorrow I finish my first cake... what to do what to do, I have to let my creativity explode on this one, while still making it sweet and simple.
