Great success everyone! A few nights ago I made Apple Caramel Cupcakes, not only were they a challenge, they were delicious (though James didn't like them, I have no idea why). They turned out awesome, even though I burned the caramel the first time around.
Try number two for the caramel turned out much better, and I managed to make cute little caramel swirls to stick in the cupcakes.
Today I also went out and bought some new supplies for cake decorating, not much, but enough. Also some things I'm going to need to start a "business" (not an official business, but something on the side)
If anyone is looking for a cake for a birthday or some other party, I'm looking for people to make cakes for :D
